Graduate Land Development - (Closing date - 31/12/24)

Overall Objective:

  • To complete general administrative duties related to evaluating development sites suitable for the Esh Living housing business plan
  • Collating, coordinating and reviewing information from others for land bids
  • Develop and improve clients relationships through the land led process  

Key Accountabilities:

  • Working with Pre Construction Director and Land and Partnerships Director to undertake site evaluations on a timely basis
  • Visit sites and liaise with construction, estimating and technical teams on scheme  buildability
  • Management of the development pipeline list and tracker
  • Liaise and work effectively with team members including from other departments such as estimating and technical
  • Collating, coordinating and reviewing information from others
  • Formatting documentation for inclusion in land bids
  • Producing high quality development proposals
  • Seeking feedback on land bids and using that feedback to improve future submissions
  • Sending and responding efficiently to emails both internally and externally in a timely and effective manner
  • Supporting the Land and Partnerships Director in improving key account management of clients and agents both day to day and strategically
  • Liaising with marketing in relation to providing information for keeping the company website up to date
  • Track opportunities and obtain reports and informative data on land opportunities via specific software
  • Attendance at land / site specific meetings and producing and circulating minutes / actions

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or gap year student studying at degree level, preferably in an associated subject
  • Ability to use MS Office packages
  • Any other training and experience necessary will be provided during employment

  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and pro-active
  • Able to work unsupervised and on own initiative when required
  • Able to work in a fast, logical and accurate manner to achieve deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and think logically are essential
