Energy efficient homes at Trimdon Village brought to market

Homes by Esh is building homes in County Durham for the first time in 5 years.

Esh’s private housebuilding division, Homes by Esh, has brought forward a development of 41 energy efficient homes in Trimdon Village.

The Bluebell Gardens development features a mix of three- and four-bedroom detached homes and two-bedroom terraced bungalows, with nine house types providing a range of choice for potential buyers.
